Appointments

You will receive text confirmation when your appointment has been booked and several reminders prior to your appointment.

Cancel/No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know 48 hours or more in advance. I understand that stuff comes up, so I offer every client a first time reschedule. If you can’t cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance or no-show, the appointment I require a deposit prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Hair Condition/ Prior Services

Condition of your hair from prior salon services and/or at home chemicals (box dye, dry shampoo, root touch up spray, etc.) will impact your results, please come to your appointment with clean hair free of all products.

After Care

I recommend clients give their new hair three days before washing or getting hair wet and I expect them to follow all hair or lash care instructions discussed in the appointment.

Refunds

I want to ensure all guests love their results as much as I do! While all service sales are final, if you are not 100% satisfied let me know right away and I’ll make any adjustments while you are here.
